Pet Care Services Cancellation Policy

Pet care during non-school holiday periods, the TPPN cancellation policy is as follows.

8 or more days’ notice for cancellation prior to start of booking: 
FULL REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT
 4-7 days’ notice for cancellation prior to start of booking: 
50 % OF TOTAL FEE REFUNDED TO CLIENT.
 3 or fewer days’ notice for cancellation prior to start of booking: 
NO REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT; FULL AMOUNT WILL BE RETAINED BY TPPN.

(In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, our discretion to waive this policy may be applied)

 Pet care during the school holiday periods (see below) the TPPN cancellation policy is as follows.

Summer period between June 1-Sept 10
Christmas and New Year December 1 – January 6
Easter school holidays
Half term school holidays
Bank Holidays

 

15 or more days’ notice for cancellation prior to start of booking: 
FULL REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT
 10-14 days’ notice for cancellation prior to start of booking: 
50 % OF TOTAL FEE REFUNDED TO CLIENT
 9 or fewer days’ notice for cancellation: 
NO REFUND GIVEN TO CLIENT; FULL AMOUNT WILL BE RETAINED BY TPPN

(In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, our discretion to waive this policy may be applied)

Early return or late departure the TPPN policy is as follows.

When a client makes a booking we schedule availability, in advance, for one of our pet carers to carry out the service.  Therefore, clients returning home early or departing later than the booking, will not be entitled to a refund, for that part of the booking, once the dates have been agreed upon, and payment has been made.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice, and if this is not adhered to the following TPPN cancellation
policy may be applied:
Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 24 hours we reserve the right to retain the full amount of the services that were due to be provided.
